Craig C. Russell, D.C., B.Sc., R.T.R.

Dr. Craig Russell was born in Edmonton, Alberta where he grew up and went to school. Upon graduation, he attended the University of Alberta and acquired a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in physics and a minor in chemistry. He then attended the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) where he received a diploma in Medical X-ray Technology.
After working as an x-ray technologist in hospitals and clinics in Canada and Australia, Dr. Russell decided that Chiropractic was his calling and enrolled at Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon. He graduated Cum Laude in 1997.
Dr. Russell uses Diversified technique, Nimmo, Drop Table, nutritional supplement assessment, Active Release Techniques (A.R.T.), and Graston Techniques.
Dr. Russell has a keen interest in most sports especially volleyball, softball, mountain biking and golf and enjoys black and white photography.
Devon Phillips, D.C., B.Sc.
Dr. Phillips r
eceived his B.Sc. Physiology from the University of Saskatchewan, and his doctor of chiropractic from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. He received his certificate in acupuncture from the Acupuncture Council of Ontario. In 2001, Dr. Phillips traveled to Beijing, China where he enjoyed further studies of acupuncture at the International Acupuncture Training Centre, working with local patients and doctors of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Beijing hospitals.
Dr. Phillips incorporates chiropractic, acupuncture, Graston Techniques, and various soft tissue techniques in his busy family practice. On Tuesda and Thursday afternoons, he is at his other chiropractic office in Calmar, Alberta. He is the VP Public Relations for the Edmonton Chiropractic Society.
Dr. Phillips has a passion for physical activity - he enjoys crossfit, running, cycling, swimming, triathlon, skiing in all its forms, and most other outdoor activities.
Kristen Sheppard, D.C.
Dr. Kris
ten Sheppard was born and raised in Edmonton. She attended Grant MacEwan and Concordia University College prior to chiropractic school. She graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 2001 and then practised in San Diego before returning to Edmonton.
She has a busy family practice treating patients of all ages, and her passion is working with expectant mothers and little ones.
Dr. Sheppard uses a variety of chiropractic techniques such as Activator, Diversified, Drop, and Graston Techniques. She uses manual and low force adjustments to suit her patient's needs. Dr. Sheppard is active in the community acting as Vice President of the Edmonton Chiropractic Society. She also is the Programs co-chair for the Junior League of Edmonton.
Dr. Sheppard was a former competitive swimmer enjoying both synchronized swimming and waterpolo. She also spent 10 years dancing jazz, tap and ballet. Dr. Sheppard looks forward to helping your entire family meet its health care needs.
Leila Elzein, D.C.

Dr. Elzein moved her practice from Strathcona Chiropractic to our office in 2011. Dr. Elzein is certified in Active Release Techniques and Graston Techniques. She is currently updating her Bio, so more information will be posted here soon!
Holly Kostecka, R.M.T.
tecka graduated from the Faculty of Physiotherapy at the medical college in Looz- Poland. She received her Masters of Science in Physical rehabilitation in Poznan, Poland in 1983.
